About the Role

This position is with a nonprofit organisation (NPO) focused on supporting students through scholarship programmes. As the Receptionist / Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact and a key support person ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Work setup: Fully office-based (not remote)

What Your Typical Day Looks Like

  • Start your day by opening the reception area and preparing for visitors
  • Answer calls, transfer inquiries, and manage general communication flow
  • Welcome students and parents, helping them feel comfortable and supported
  • Assist with admin tasks from different departments
  • Capture student information into the Salesforce system
  • Handle document scanning, filing, and distribution
  • Monitor and restock stationery and office supplies
  • Help coordinate events and student-related activities
  • Liaise with vendors when services or supplies are needed


Tools & Systems You’ll Use

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Salesforce CRM (training provided, no prior experience required)
