About the Graduate Programme

The successful Graduate Trainee will participate in a structured 24-month development programme designed to provide practical exposure to various departmental functions.

The programme will include:

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Applicants of all races are eligible to apply.
  • Have Matric.
  • Hold a suitable qualification in one of the required fields:
    • MPhil in Supply Chain Management, or
    • M Com in Logistics Management.
  • Be under 35 years of age.
  • Have no work experience related to their field of study.
  • Must not have previously participated in a graduate or internship programme.

Candidates should have an understanding of the Rand Water mandate and its contribution to the South African water sector.
