Purpose of the Quality Assurance Internship

The successful candidates will be exposed to various activities within a claims and quality assurance environment. The internship will provide practical workplace experience in areas such as:

Key Performance Areas

As a Quality Assurance Intern, your duties may include:

  • Providing general office administration support.
  • Managing and maintaining documents and records.

  • Reviewing claims for compliance with the RAF Act and internal guidelines.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Developing templates and checklists.

Requirements

Applicants interested in the RAF Quality Assurance Internship should meet the following requirements:

  • Be between 18 and 23 years old.
  • Be unemployed.
  • Have a certified Grade 12/Matric certificate.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Law or a related qualification.
  • A qualification in Business Administration or Business Management may also be considered.
  • A Diploma or Certificate in Quality Management will be an added advantage.
  • Have basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Applicants must not have previously been employed in the field relevant to the internship.
  • Applicants must not have previously participated in an internship programme in the relevant field.
  • Applicants must not have previously served as an intern.
  • Be willing to undergo security vetting.
