Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective client service and manage client interactions
- Implement new business and prepare client documentation
- Prepare risk and investment quotes
- Process client queries and instructions
- Administer all financial products
- Prepare and maintain client files
- Coordinate prospect projects
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Upload and manage Compliance & FICA documentation in line with FSCA regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification
- 2–3 years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and at least one other official South African language
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
