Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support, including email management, diary scheduling, and document organisation.
- Update and maintain the organisation’s Wix website.
- Manage digital files and collaborate using Google Workspace.
- Perform Salesforce CRM data entry and generate reports.
- Schedule social media content and distribute digital newsletters.
- Support community events, volunteer coordination, and post-event surveys.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Remote Administrator.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Experience using Wix and Salesforce CRM.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and backup power solution.
- Willingness to register as self-employed and manage own tax obligations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Previous experience working within a nonprofit or charitable organisation.
