About the Role

The successful candidate will provide professional administrative, secretarial, and reception support to the Branch Manager and Regional Manager. The role includes diary management, office administration, report preparation, handling confidential information, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage appointments, diaries and schedules
  • Coordinate meetings, client engagements and events
  • Perform general office administration
  • Handle emails, correspondence and official communication
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls via the switchboard
  • Take accurate messages for unavailable staff
  • Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate department
  • Record meeting minutes when required
  • Prepare reports, presentations and business documents
  • Compile weekly and monthly management reports
  • Maintain confidential records and information
  • Assist with operational coordination and administrative queries
  • Build professional relationships across the business

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Post-school qualification in Administration or Secretarial Studies
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator supporting senior management
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary
  • Clear criminal record with no pending cases
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of SAP and ePayroll will be an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
