The ideal candidate must have strong payroll administration experience with extensive knowledge of Sage 300 People, including foreign payroll processing across Southern Africa.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ payroll administration experience
- Minimum 5 years’ Sage 300 People experience (non-negotiable)
- Foreign payroll experience in Namibia, Eswatini, and Botswana
- Experience with SARS monthly, mid-year, and year-end submissions will be advantageous
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and tax regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full payroll processing for assigned companies
- Process payroll inputs including deductions, bonuses, garnishees, and statutory requirements
- Review payroll documentation for compliance and accuracy

- Maintain confidential payroll records and data integrity
- Resolve payroll-related queries with HR and Finance departments
- Prepare monthly payroll reports for management

- Perform ad hoc payroll and administrative duties when required
