Job Purpose
The Oncology Service Agent will manage oncology-related benefit and claims queries while assisting members, brokers, franchises, and healthcare service providers. The role also involves handling escalated customer concerns and ensuring efficient query resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle oncology benefit and claims queries
- Assist members and healthcare service providers

Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 12 months call centre experience
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
