What You’ll Do
- Assist with HR administration and employee records
- Maintain accurate filing systems and documentation
- Conduct employee file audits
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes
- Handle HR queries (telephonic, written, in-person)
- Assist with Kronos and general admin support
- Provide professional service to internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Receive

Minimum Requirements
- Matric / NQF Level 4
- Completed Office Administration NCV qualification
- Computer literacy (MS Office required)
- Strong written and telephonic communication skills
