What You’ll Do

As an Office Administration Graduate, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Department by:

  • Providing daily administrative support to the SHE Officer.
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and document control.
  • Capturing and updating information on company systems.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments and training sessions.
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing meeting documents.
  • Compiling reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing emails, phone calls and departmental enquiries.
  • Scanning, filing and archiving important documents.
  • Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Handling confidential information in accordance with POPIA and company policies.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • A tertiary qualification in Office Administration or Business and Information Management.
  • No previous work experience required.
  • Internship or part-time administrative experience will be an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies

Successful candidates should possess:

  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
