About the Position

The Client Liaison Administrator will provide effective and efficient administration, secretarial and support services to the regional office, stakeholders and managers.

The successful candidate will assist in ensuring that training and development initiatives within the region are properly facilitated and that stakeholder and learner administration is handled accurately and timeously.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and accessible records and information.
  • Handling and responding to stakeholder queries professionally and timeously.
  • Completing learner registrations accurately and according to procedures.
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the regional office.
  • Advising stakeholders on skills development processes, procedures and related information.
  • Supporting regional projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Maintaining effective office management and record-keeping systems.
  • Managing correspondence, communication and payment requisitions.
  • Capturing and updating information on relevant systems and databases.
  • Preparing accurate reports when required.
  • Administering the suspension process for apprentices and learners.
  • Monitoring individual performance against established standards and targets.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have a 3-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) or equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification in one of the following fields:

  • Business Administration
  • Office Administration
  • Commerce
  • Project Management
  • Training and Development
  • Related field

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in Client Services Administration within a SETA environment.
  • Familiarity with SETA systems and processes.

Advantageous

  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Administration, Commerce, Project Management, Training and Development or a related field.
  • One or more years’ experience in Client Services Administration within merSETA.
