Job Overview

RecruitMyMom is seeking a reliable and proactive Logistics Operations Support Administrator to provide remote operational support for a courier/logistics contract. This role focuses on daily coordination with drivers, dispatch readiness, compliance, and delivery tracking. It is hands-on and operational rather than clerical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily morning check-ins with drivers to confirm dispatch readiness
  • Verify pre-dispatch requirements (delivery notes, manifests, client instructions, PODs)
  • Perform midday and/or end-of-day delivery progress check-ins
  • Track deliveries and confirm job completion
  • Capture, log, and escalate operational or administrative issues
  • Maintain daily operational logs and basic performance reports
  • Support compliance with client and contract requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics, courier, transport, or fleet operations (advantageous)
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator comfortable engaging with drivers and operations teams
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, reporting tools)
