About the Role

The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resource Information System (SAP). The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, system integrity, workforce reporting, and compliance while supporting efficient HR operations across the business.

This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making through HR analytics, reporting, and continuous system improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • SAP HR certification or relevant HRIS training will be advantageous

Experience Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in:
    • HRIS administration
    • HR operations
    • HR data management
  • Experience working with SAP HRIS, particularly:
    • Personnel Administration
    • Organisational Management
  • Experience in HR reporting and workforce analytics will be beneficial

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Administration

  • Manage HRIS administration activities
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Maintain employee records and HR information

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate HR reports and workforce analytics
  • Support business leaders with data-driven insights
  • Assist with HR metrics and reporting requirements

System Support and Improvement

  • Support HRIS maintenance and system enhancements
  • Participate in testing activities and system upgrades
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Compliance and Auditing

  • Assist with HR compliance requirements
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting records

User Support and Training

  • Provide HRIS support to users
  • Deliver guidance and training on system functionality
  • Promote effective utilization of HR technology solutions

Project and Integration Support

  • Assist with HRIS projects
  • Support system integrations
  • Participate in implementation and upgrade activities
