About the Bursary

Glencore South Africa’s Alloys Division is offering bursary opportunities to students who demonstrate strong academic performance and intend to pursue Chemical Engineering.

The bursary is intended to assist successful students with the costs associated with their university studies.

What the Bursary Covers

Successful applicants may receive financial assistance towards:

  • Registration and tuition fees
  • University residence fees, including meals
  • Prescribed textbooks
  • Monthly cash allowance for incidental expenses
  • Financial assistance towards purchasing a personal computer from the second year of study, if prescribed by the university
