Job Purpose
The successful candidate will ensure all activities within the Promix Department are carried out according to safety standards, quality requirements, and operational procedures while supporting production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually remove materials and products from machines and equipment
- Stack and palletize finished products correctly
- Inspect products and materials for defects
- Apply correct manufacturing date-code stickers to finished cases
- Assist with physical labour and production-related duties
- Lift, carry, and move loads of up to approximately 25kg
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Complete finished goods tickets accurately
- Produce quality stacked products
- Support maintenance teams during troubleshooting activities
- Check bottom and end seals for quality compliance
- Perform sanitation and housekeeping duties as required
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Matric / Grade 12
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in the milling industry
- 6 months to 1 year experience as a Stacker
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to work effectively in a team

- Ability to work under pressure
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Strong concentration and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
