About the Role
As a Fraud Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support throughout the fraud management process. You will maintain accurate records, prepare reports, manage fraud documentation, and assist with investigations to help minimise fraud losses and protect both the bank and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Preparing information required for fraud case arbitration.
- Securely sharing customer information between banks where required.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to verify transactions.
- Supporting fraud investigations through accurate record-keeping.
- Compiling, checking, and submitting fraud documentation.
- Maintaining fraud databases and updating case information.
- Recording and distributing fraud-related information accurately and on time.
- Performing fraud administration according to bank policies and procedures.
- Supporting recovery activities to maximise financial recoveries.
- Preparing fraud reports for management and operational teams.
- Providing professional and efficient customer service.
- Helping reduce operational losses through effective administrative support.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you should have:
- An NQF Level 5 qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and experience working with records and reports.
