As a Branch Administrator, you will support the branch by ensuring operational excellence, implementing policies and procedures, managing risks, monitoring compliance, and helping create an outstanding customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing and monitoring branch operational policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal governance requirements.
- Managing branch operational risks and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Supporting branch management with daily operational administration.
- Monitoring administrative processes using electronic tracking systems.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and branch records.

- Supporting customer service by resolving customer queries within agreed turnaround times.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4.
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Branch administration
- Banking operations
- Administrative support
- Compliance
- Financial services administration
Preferred Qualification
A qualification at NQF Level 5 in one of the following is advantageous:
- Banking
- Business Administration
- Customer Service
- Office Administration
- Financial Services
