The South African National Blood Service (SANBS) is inviting applications for a First Line Processing Technician position based at its Constantia Kloof business unit in Roodepoort.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing blood donations into first-line and specialised blood products within agreed timeframes while maintaining the required quality standards. The role also involves controlling and supplying blood products to blood banks and ensuring effective service delivery to both internal and external customers.
This is a fixed-term contract opportunity with remuneration of R293,376 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
The First Line Processing Technician will be expected to contribute to the effective operation of the blood processing environment and maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer service.
