Job Purpose

The Customer Services Clerk is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by providing efficient, accurate, and professional service. The successful candidate will assist customers with enquiries, requests, and complaints while ensuring all activities comply with Absa’s operational standards, risk policies, and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Services Clerk, you will:
