Key Responsibilities
- Control, issue, and receive keys following strict procedures
- Maintain accurate key registers and logbooks
- Track and monitor all key movements with proper authorization
- Report lost, damaged, or unreturned keys immediately
- Conduct regular key audits and reconciliations
- Ensure secure storage of all keys at all times
- Work closely with control room staff and relevant departments
- Support control room operations when needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Uphold mine safety practices and procedures at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10, 11, or 12 (or equivalent qualification)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
- High integrity and reliability
- South African citizenship
- Clear criminal record
