General Worker Job Responsibilities

As a General Worker, your responsibilities may include:

  • Performing basic and general production tasks.
  • Completing assigned duties according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Handling products safely and efficiently.
  • Assisting with product loading and related production activities.
  • Performing shrink-wrapping duties.
  • Sorting damaged products as required.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and good housekeeping standards.
  • Following all applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Working according to production requirements and instructions.
  • Performing additional or ad-hoc duties assigned by management or the Production Team.

Requirements

To be considered for the Clover General Worker position, applicants should have:

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Fluent Business English communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work in extreme conditions where required.
  • Previous experience in a Powder Department will be an advantage.
