What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage incoming/outgoing calls
- Transfer calls to the correct departments
- Provide accurate information to clients
- Take and relay messages to staff
- Record outgoing calls and manage telephone logs
- Print and issue telephone accounts
- Maintain telephone database and PIN allocations
- Report faults and issues to supervisor
Requirements
- Grade 12 (or equivalent recognised by SAQA)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles
