Salary and Benefits

  • Basic Salary: R276,264 – R383,700 per annum
  • Estimated Total Remuneration Package: R383,567 – R520,312 per annum

The remuneration package may include additional employment benefits in accordance with the City of Tshwane’s conditions of service.

About the Role

As an Administrative Officer, you will provide professional administrative support to management while ensuring smooth daily operations. You will assist with procurement processes, financial administration, logistical arrangements, meeting coordination, and record management. This role requires a highly organised individual with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
  • At least six months of relevant experience in an office administration environment
  • Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to successfully undergo a criminal record check
  • Willingness to have fingerprints taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Key Responsibilities
