Job Overview
FlySafair, operating as Safair Operations, is seeking experienced and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join its Customer Care Centre team at Head Office in Bonaero Park, Johannesburg.
The successful candidates will report directly to the Customer Care Centre Manager and will be responsible for handling passenger queries, resolving service-related issues, and delivering excellent customer support in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle inbound customer and passenger calls professionally
- Assist with flight-related issues such as delays, cancellations, and booking queries
- Provide clear explanations of airline processes and procedures
- Deliver accurate information via both verbal and written communication
- Manage customer concerns and resolve complaints efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer data
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Perform duties on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
- 1–4 years’ experience in a call centre environment (Essential)
- Travel or related qualification (Advantageous)
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong telephone etiquette
- No criminal or credit record
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Own transport (Advantageous)

Shift Patterns
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 09:00 – 18:00
- 10:00 – 19:00
- Includes weekends and public holidays on rotation
