Purpose of the Role

The Assistant Business Support Administrator provides comprehensive operational and executive support to the Group Functions team. The successful candidate will coordinate executive diaries, manage travel arrangements, oversee office administration, process financial documentation, support onboarding activities, and assist with stakeholder engagement.

This role is essential in ensuring executives can focus on strategic priorities while administrative and operational activities are handled efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide daily administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage complex executive calendars.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate appointments and resolve diary conflicts.
  • Prepare executives for meetings by organising documents and presentations.
  • Draft professional correspondence.
  • Compile reports and presentations.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Handle confidential business information.

Office Administration

  • Manage office equipment and supplies.
  • Order stationery and office materials.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly.
  • Coordinate general administrative activities.

Meeting Coordination

  • Arrange boardrooms and meeting venues.
  • Prepare meeting packs.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings.

Minimum Requirements
