Purpose of the Role

The successful candidate will provide professional switchboard and reception support while assisting with administrative functions that ensure effective communication throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment will be advantageous.
  • Previous reception or switchboard experience is beneficial.
