Programme Duration: 12 Months (Fixed-Term)


What You’ll Do

  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Support departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Technical teams
  • Deliver excellent customer service and client support
  • Capture data, maintain records, and handle basic reporting
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and workplace development activities
  • Gain exposure to the automotive industry environment


Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) – compulsory
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or Finance (advantage)
  • Must be unemployed and aged between 18 – 34
  • Must NOT have participated in a YES Programme before
  • Willing and able to commit to a full 12-month programme
  • Valid driver’s license (advantage)
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written in English)
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
