Job Title: ADMIN CLERK: EXPENDITURE MANAGEMENT

SALARY : R202 233 per annum (Level 05)

CENTRE : Provincial Office

REQUIREMENTS:

  • National Senior Certificate/ relevant equivalent qualification.
  • Computer literacy.
  • No experience required.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles.
  • Knowledge of BAS and PERSAL systems.

DUTIES :

  • Obtain and arrange invoices for payments.
  • Match invoices with GRVs and properly file documents for audit purpose (recordkeeping).
  • Check all payment transactions for current status.
  • Compile the budget procurement plan and ensure cash flow management.
