Job Purpose
Old Mutual is looking for experienced Administration Team Managers to lead and coordinate Front of House, Client Services, Contractor Management, Financial Administration and operational support functions.
The successful candidates will help ensure efficient service delivery, strong stakeholder relationships, effective financial administration and compliance with operational controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance requests, projects and service providers.
- Oversee reception and Front of House operations.
- Ensure professional customer and visitor experiences.
- Act as a key contact for clients, tenants, contractors and internal teams.
- Monitor contractors and service providers and ensure agreed standards are met.
- Manage service provider invoices, payments and expenses.
- Support budget tracking and tenant billing.
- Prepare operational and management reports.
- Monitor service performance, SLAs and compliance.
- Identify operational risks and maintain accurate records.
- Lead, coach and support Front of House teams.
- Improve operational processes and workflows.
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
- 5–6 years’ experience in finance administration, customer-focused service delivery, stakeholder management and service-level management.
- Experience managing SLAs and service-provider performance.
- Experience within facilities management or an operations environment.
- Strong financial and contract administration skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Computer literacy and reporting skills.
