Requirements (Grants Administrator):
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate).
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Social Sciences, Information Technology or related field.
- Computer literacy.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process social grant applications.
- Assist grant beneficiaries.
- Capture and verify application information.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with SASSA policies.
