ELRC Internship Programme 2026 (24-Month Graduate Internship)

The Education Labour Relations Council (ELRC) invites unemployed South African graduates to apply for its 24-month Internship Programme based at the ELRC Head Office in Centurion, Gauteng.

Internal Audit (2 Posts)

  • National Diploma or Degree in:

Dispute Management Services (2 Posts)

  • National Diploma or Degree in:
    • Labour Relations
    • Labour Law
    • Human Resources Management

Finance (2 Posts)

  • National Diploma or Degree in:
    • Accounting
    • Financial Management
    • Cost & Management Accounting

Supply Chain Management (2 Posts)

  • National Diploma or Degree in:
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Logistics
    • Procurement Management

Information and Communication Technology (1 Post)

  • National Diploma or Degree in:
    • Information Technology
    • Computer Science
    • Information Systems
    • Cyber Security

Collective Bargaining Services (1 Post)

  • National Diploma or Degree in:
    • Administration
    • Human Resources Management

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Be unemployed and aged between 18 and 35 years.
  • Hold the relevant National Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
  • Not have previously participated in a SETA or government-funded graduate internship programme.
  • Have good communication, interpersonal and computer literacy skills.
  • Be willing to work at the ELRC Head Office in Centurion.

Internship Duration & Stipend

  • Duration: 24 months
  • Stipend: Monthly stipend in accordance with ETDP SETA funding guidelines and ELRC policy.
