About the Role
The Senior Clerk Support Services plays an important role in supporting the daily administrative functions of Eskom’s Health and Wellness Clinic. The successful applicant will assist with office administration, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, coordinate support services, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in an administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office administration duties.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.
- Maintain employee files and administrative records.
- Capture and update information accurately on company systems.
- Receive visitors and handle telephone enquiries professionally.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Manage filing systems and ensure confidentiality of records.
- Assist with procurement and office supplies where required.
- Support the implementation of Health and Wellness administrative processes.
- Provide advisory and reporting support to management.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Applicants must have one of the following:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- NCV Level 4
- NSC Level 3
- N3 Certificate
- Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field at NQF Level 4 (120 credits)
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience is required.
