Job Purpose
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and stakeholder support services to the regional office. The role ensures efficient coordination of skills development initiatives while delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders and supporting regional management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and efficient records management systems.
- Respond professionally to stakeholder enquiries and resolve queries promptly.
- Process learner registrations accurately and within required timelines.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the regional office.
- Guide stakeholders on skills development processes and procedures.
- Assist with the implementation of regional projects and special initiatives.
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, communication, and payment requisitions.
- Capture and maintain accurate information on internal systems.
- Prepare reports to support regional performance and target achievement.
- Administer learner and apprentice suspension processes.
- Monitor performance against established service standards and targets.
- Ensure effective office management and compliance with administrative procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have a 3-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) or equivalent qualification in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Office Administration
- Commerce
- Project Management
- Training and Development
Experience
- At least 1 year of Client Services Administration experience within a SETA environment.
- Familiarity with SETA systems and processes.
Advantageous Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) or equivalent in:
- Business Administration
- Office Administration
- Commerce
- Project Management
- Training and Development
Additional advantage:
