MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Be between 18 and 34 years old.
  • Have Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification and/or post-matric certificate/programme.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Applicants must also meet the following YES Programme requirements:

  • Must not have been permanently employed by a single employer continuously for more than one year.
  • Must not be studying full-time during the year of employment.
  • Must not have previously participated in or registered for the YES initiative.
  • Successful applicants will go through Eskom’s recruitment process.
  • Candidates who are successfully selected may be placed within Eskom Operations across various divisions.
