The Discover Graduate Programme is a 2-year permanent leadership development programme aimed at graduates with high potential.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen by birth (Graduate Programme also accepts permanent residents).
- Be completing or have completed an undergraduate qualification by the end of 2026.
- Have less than two years’ formal corporate work experience after completing studies.
- Obtain a minimum overall academic average of 65%.
- Hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) such as:
- BCom
- BSc
- BTech
Applicants with a 3-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) will be considered only in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering
- Information Systems
- Information Technology
