Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.
- Managing office documentation and filing systems.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Preparing business letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Managing calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing them promptly.
- Assisting with office stock control and procurement processes.
- Planning and coordinating meetings, workshops, and events.
- Providing a professional reception and visitor service.
- Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Supporting managers and departments with administrative tasks.
- Ensuring office records are accurate, organised, and up to date.
Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualification
- Secretarial or Office Administration qualification.
Essential Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial position.
Advantageous Experience
- Previous experience within the healthcare industry will be beneficial.
