About the Role
Tiger Brands is seeking a highly organised and proactive People Business Partnering Team Administrator to provide administrative, coordination, and project support across the People Business Partnering Team. This role supports People Experience, Corporate Functions, Rewards, People Shared Services, Employee Relations, and Technology Enablement teams by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting with key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional administrative and coordination support.
- Prepare documents, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Manage complex executive diaries and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements in line with company policies.
- Organise meetings, workshops, events, catering, and logistics.
- Support project execution and monitor deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and team priorities.
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain organised records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with business continuity and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate qualification.
- Previous administration or project coordination experience.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written communication, grammar, and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
