Key Responsibilities
As the Operations & Customer Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by:
- Acting as the primary contact between customers and subcontractor gardeners.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries and converting new leads into bookings.
- Preparing professional customer quotations.
- Scheduling appointments and managing booking calendars.
- Coordinating work schedules with subcontractor gardeners.
- Providing gardeners with accurate job information and instructions.
- Updating and maintaining records using Google Sheets.
- Communicating efficiently via WhatsApp and BookingKoala.
- Monitoring bookings to ensure jobs are completed successfully.
- Escalating customer concerns or operational issues to the business owner when necessary.
- Supporting the overall customer experience through timely communication and organisation.

Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
- Previous administration, scheduling, operations support, or customer service experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and the confidence to work independently.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Confidence using WhatsApp for business communication.
- Willingness to learn BookingKoala (training will be provided).
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
