Key Responsibilities

As a CSI Officer, you will:

  • Coordinate the implementation of AVBOB’s Corporate Social Investment Strategy and Policy.
  • Assist in managing the CSI budget with the CSI Specialist.
  • Plan, administer, and monitor social impact programmes.
  • Measure and evaluate CSI projects to ensure sustainability.
  • Prepare reports for the CSI Committee.
  • Coordinate employee volunteer and participation initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the monitoring and evaluation platform.
  • Develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with beneficiaries and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate branding and promotional materials for CSI initiatives.
  • Work with communication teams to increase public awareness of CSI programmes.
  • Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies on organisations applying for CSI support.
  • Identify and initiate new community projects aligned with AVBOB’s CSI objectives.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6)
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects or NGO programmes
  • Monitoring and evaluation experience (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of marketing principles
  • Sound understanding of financial and budgeting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
