About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the IFA Servicing Hub and Head Office. You will ensure efficient daily operations, maintain excellent stakeholder relationships, and help achieve the strategic goals of Nedbank’s stockbroking division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Stockbroking team.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
  • Support Head Office and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist with implementing new processes, systems, and policies.
  • Stay updated on banking legislation and industry developments.
  • Participate in Nedbank culture-building and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Complete all required training and professional development activities.
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric/National Senior Certificate).
  • A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree is preferred.
  • Approximately 3 years of administrative experience within a stockbroking environment is preferred.
