About the Role
The Clerk Customer Services is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by assisting clients with banking enquiries, service requests, complaints, and account-related matters. The successful candidate will ensure that every customer receives professional, efficient, and courteous service while following Absa’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), risk policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
