Job Purpose

The Scooter Driver is responsible for delivering customer orders safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will ensure deliveries are completed efficiently, comply with all road safety regulations, maintain the company scooter, and support daily store operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer orders accurately and within agreed delivery times.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service during every delivery.
  • Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
  • Ensure food and customer orders are transported safely and hygienically.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Perform basic daily inspections and keep the scooter clean and roadworthy.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assist with general store duties during quieter periods.
  • Represent the TWK Agri and Total Piet Retief brand professionally at all times.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Valid Motorcycle Licence (Code A or A1).
  • Basic knowledge of Piet Retief and surrounding areas.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Honest, dependable, and punctual.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit to perform delivery duties.
