Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the mining team.
- Manage managers’ diaries, meetings, agendas, and minutes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Organise conferences, meetings, and departmental events.
- Process purchase requisitions (PRs), invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain office filing systems, records, and databases.
- Manage office supplies and procurement.
- Log IT and operational support requests.
- Handle departmental documentation and report distribution.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant administrative experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
