About the Role
The Filing Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all patient and hospital records are accurately filed, maintained, and readily accessible when needed. The role supports operational efficiency by maintaining organized filing systems, safeguarding confidential information, and providing administrative assistance within the Patient Administration Department.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Record Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and can be retrieved efficiently.
- Support the secure handling of sensitive patient information.
Filing System Administration
- Keep filing systems organized and updated.
- Ensure records are stored according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the archiving and destruction of records when required.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Patient Administration Department.
- Assist with document processing and record management tasks.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and information management standards.
Stock and Stationery Control
- Monitor stationery stock levels within the department.
- Order stationery and office supplies as required.
- Maintain adequate inventory to support daily operations.
