About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales of Clover and principal products within emerging and smaller retail outlets. The role focuses on increasing market penetration, developing customer relationships, maintaining product availability, and identifying new business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
  • National Diploma qualification

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Growth and Business Development

  • Increase sales volumes across assigned stores
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Expand and maintain an active customer base
  • Introduce new Clover and principal products
  • Optimize product basket offerings in stores

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Liaise directly with store-level customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Address customer concerns and business needs promptly

Merchandising and Stock Management

  • Ensure product availability at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and reduce stock returns
  • Maintain product facings and display standards
  • Ensure fridge compliance requirements are met

Sales Administration and Reporting

  • Prepare route plans and follow call schedules
  • Complete daily sales administration tasks
  • Monitor product pricing and sales performance
  • Record and report sales by outlet and product category
  • Implement negotiated pricing agreements
