Role Overview
The Administrator: Service Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring a world-class customer experience throughout the vehicle servicing process. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle service appointments.
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and service enquiries.
- Provide customers with accurate updates regarding vehicle service progress.
- Maintain and update customer and vehicle records.
- Capture service-related information accurately on dealership systems.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare service documentation and administrative reports.
- Process customer payments and assist with billing enquiries.
- Handle customer complaints and service concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with dealership procedures and customer service standards.
- Support the service department in achieving operational and customer satisfaction targets.
Minimum Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (Essential).
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration, customer service, reception, or a similar role.
- Experience within the automotive, dealership, retail, or service industry will be advantageous.
