Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and assist with enquiries
  • Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls
  • Take and relay messages accurately
  • Direct learners, parents, and visitors to the correct departments
  • Assist with learner and client queries
  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain a professional front-desk environment

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to operate a switchboard
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a diverse and busy environment
  • Reliable and able to work under pressure
  • Clear criminal record

Advantageous Skills

  • Higher education experience
  • Ability to speak additional languages
