Key Responsibilities

IT Governance Administration

  • Implement and monitor IT governance policies and procedures.
  • Support compliance reporting and identify areas requiring corrective action.
  • Assist with IT risk management processes and mitigation planning.
  • Coordinate governance initiatives with IT and business departments.
  • Support IT governance awareness and training initiatives.
  • Participate in IT audits and implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends and governance framework developments.

Internal Control & Audit Support

  • Maintain IT operational documentation and process procedures.
  • Support implementation of governance frameworks such as:
    • COBIT
    • ITIL
    • ISO/IEC 27001
  • Assist in documenting workflows, risks, and process improvements.
  • Create training documentation and process guides.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within IT operations.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Assist with IT governance reporting for management and regulators.
  • Support communication with internal stakeholders on governance matters.
  • Help IT operational teams maintain internal control systems.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in:
    • Information Systems
    • Computer Science
    • Risk Management
    • Internal Audit
    • Or related fields

Advantageous Certifications

  • COBIT
  • ITIL
  • ISO/IEC 27001

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in:
    • IT Governance
    • IT Compliance
    • Risk Management
    • IT Audit environments
