Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this position, applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an archiving or records management environment
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail
  • An Archive Certificate will serve as an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Execute clerical and administrative archive support functions
  • Capture, organise, store, and maintain records and documentation
  • Ensure proper safekeeping and retrieval of important financial records
  • Support records management systems and operational processes
  • Comply with governance, legislative, and risk management requirements
  • Assist in maintaining effective financial administration procedures
  • Deliver professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
