About the Role
This position is with a nonprofit organisation (NPO) focused on supporting students through scholarship programmes. As the Receptionist / Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact and a key support person ensuring the office runs smoothly.

What Your Typical Day Looks Like
- Start your day by opening the reception area and preparing for visitors
- Answer calls, transfer inquiries, and manage general communication flow
- Welcome students and parents, helping them feel comfortable and supported
- Assist with admin tasks from different departments
- Capture student information into the Salesforce system
- Handle document scanning, filing, and distribution
- Monitor and restock stationery and office supplies
- Help coordinate events and student-related activities
- Liaise with vendors when services or supplies are needed
